Sherlock Holmes: Crimes and Punishments, developed by Frogwares, is a thrilling adventure game available on PlayStation 4. The game features six non-related cases, and the player takes on the role of the world-famous detective, Sherlock Holmes.

The game's primary focus is on investigating the crime scene and searching for clues, followed by the deduction stage, where the player must connect the evidence and solve the case. The game title, Crimes and Punishments, refers to the burden of punishment that falls on the player. With three of the six cases being reminiscent of the original Conan Doyle stories, the narrative flow and plot twists are adapted from the original whodunnits.
